Replacement Mattress Covers

With foam mattresses lasting longer, the last thing you want is to replace the whole thing because of a damaged cover. That’s why we have developed and now manufacture our own Budget Cotton Cover and UltraSoft (PU) Cover, so you can increase the life of your mattress. Made to fit either a 150mm or 200mm mattress and featuring a zip down three sides of the mattress, creating a snug fit for supreme comfort.

UltraSoft Cover: Superior Comfort and Durability

The UltraSoft Cover is an ideal choice for environments like school camps and backpackers, where durability and easy maintenance are essential. This water-resistant cover offers unparalleled convenience, allowing you to skip the need for mattress protectors. A simple warm soapy wipe down between uses is all that’s needed to keep the mattress clean, significantly reducing ongoing costs and eliminating expensive laundering fees.

Key Features:

• Water Resistant: Perfect for high-use environments, the UltraSoft cover keeps your mattress protected from spills and accidents.
• Easy Maintenance: With just a warm soapy wipe, the cover is refreshed and ready for the next guest. For heavier soiling, the cover features a convenient zip, allowing it to be easily removed and machine washed.
• Luxurious Feel: Sourced from Europe, the UltraSoft fabric is a luxurious, commercial-grade material that is soft to the touch—far superior to the old-school vinyl mattresses that many in the industry are accustomed to. This fabric not only enhances comfort but also adds a touch of luxury to any accommodation setting.
• Long-Term Value: While the initial investment may seem higher, the UltraSoft cover’s longevity makes it a cost-effective choice in the long run. Many of our clients have been using these mattresses for over seven years and report that they still look as good as the day they were purchased. This durability ensures that your investment continues to deliver value year after year.
• Thermal Conductivity: The soft, conforming fabric ensures a super soft sleep, and its thermal conductive properties mean no more hot, sweaty nights—an issue commonly associated with traditional vinyl covers.

Why Choose UltraSoft?

• Cost-Effective: Reduce ongoing expenses with minimal maintenance and no need for additional mattress protectors.
• Superior Comfort: The fabric’s luxurious feel and thermal properties enhance guest comfort, leading to better reviews and repeat business.
• Durable: A long lifespan and resistance to wear and tear make this a smart investment for any commercial accommodation setting.
